Strong Journey is a lifestyle podcast hosted by me, Shannon Svingen-Jones. A certified behaviour change specialist, personal trainer, and nutrition coach who lost 100 pounds naturally and has kept it off for seven years.

I went from publishing a body-positive magazine to becoming a personal trainer and nutrition coach—not because I stopped believing in body positivity, but because I learned how powerful behaviour change can be.

I’ve lived both sides of the journey. I understand what it’s like to want change while still wanting to respect and love your body.

My goal is to help women stop starting over and start building a healthy lifestyle that feels sustainable, supportive, and human.
