Refund Policy - the basics
At Shannon SJ Fitness, your satisfaction and success matter deeply. However, due to the nature of our services—including digital products, coaching sessions, and personalized fitness programs—all sales are final.
Coaching Services
Once coaching services have begun (including single sessions, packages, or monthly programs), no refunds will be issued. If you need to reschedule a session, 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.
Digital Products
